Cindy Vieira, BCBA, LBA; In-Home/In-School Director

Cindy obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Troy University and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons College. She became certified as a BCBA in 2018. Cindy has been a member of the Great Leaps Learning Center team since its opening in February of 2015. She enjoys spending as much time as she can with her son and visiting with friends.

Blake Harris, RBT; In-Home RBT Trainer

Blake is from Prattville, Alabama. He joined the Great Leaps team in August of 2021 as a Behavior Technician. He is currently enrolled at AUM pursuing his Bachelor's degree. Blake enjoys watching sports, camping, hiking, and spending time with his family and two cats.

Payton Kazmier, RBT

Payton Kazmier is from prattville Alabama, she has been working at great leaps since September 2020. She is attending AUM where she is majoring in Indisciplinary studies. In her spare time she enjoys being on the lake, being with her family, and reading.
